If the dividends are not in an IRA, then the answer is yes. Transactions within an IRA are not reported.
However, the company (or whoever is holding the stock for you) should send you a 1099-DIV if you got some dividends. You would enter this into TurboTax. Give the company a call and see if they are sending a 1099-DIV to you.
