Question

Can I add the amount on my boyfriend's CRP if we rent together since he won't file a tax return he doesn't have any income.

You can't file a joint return with your boyfriend, unfortunately, only a spouse or registered domestic partner.  And the Conservation Reserve Program issued the payment to his social security number, not yours.  So they will be looking for him to report it.  

 

If the payment wasn't significant then he probably doesn't need to file a tax return.  Check this article to see whether he even needs to file.
