Can I adjust Form 8949? I have a 1099-B (Sale of Stock Options) and a W-2 (with tax withheld) from the sale.

The tax withheld for the stock sale is not an adjustment that that goes on 8949. Withheld taxes will just be entered as Federal Income Taxes Withheld, line 64 on the 1040.
