Yes, you can do the sale of a rental property under the rental Property interview in either the Desktop Home and Business program or the online Self-Employed version.

You go through the rental property interview, and, in one of the first screens, you will be asked if any of the listed situations apply, and you check that you sold or disposed of the property in 2017. You will then be able to enter information about the sale. As you continue on, you will come to a summary showing your assets and you edit those to complete entering the sale information.

Are you talking about the Home & Business CD/Download version or the Online Self-employed version, or do you mean the TurboTax Business version?
