Can I NOT pay $140 to upgrade, which is half of my return, just for "accurately" reporting sold stocks? I sold ONE stock, I do not need to waste that money!

Being FORCED to pay that is ridiculous. Should have been mentioned BEFORE importing the info.

there is tax software out there that will do your federal at No Charge, no matter how much you make.

then go to the state website to e-File state return there.

If your income is under 70000 go to IRS website to find free federal filing from many "tax-prep" outfits that include state.

This is important if you don't know your state tax return inside and out.
