! Can I skip date aquired since N/A is not an acceptable response?Stock date acquired on 1099-B says N/A Symbol is FRTX proceeds is only 0.09. I don't recall transaction.

N/A is not an acceptable entry; however, you can use VARIOUS.

 

To enter “Various”  as the purchase date for box 1b select

  • Something other than a date
  • Choose Various from the drop-down menu under What do you see in Box 1b?
