Can I transfer ownership of a rental property from an LLC to the husband

Generally, ownership transfers of property with a mortgage on it, has to be approved by the mortgage holder with the lien on it. So if there's a mortgage on this property, we can't answer your question.

Or is this a case where there were two owners on the property, and with some kind of refinance one owner bought out the other and is now the sole owner?
