Can I use my FEIN from my last 1099-DIV or does that number change every year?

I already have my W-2 from my employer and I have calculated my dividend amounts for my 1099-DIV but Robinhood has not release my 1099 yet. I was curious if my FEIN or "Payers TIN" is the same? And if they are can I just use the number on my last years 1099 for this years?

Wait for the 1099.  Maybe you can log into Robinhood and get the 1099 now.  My investments have the 1099 online now in Feb. even if they haven't mailed them yet.
