HOAs typically file either Form 1120 or Form 1120-H (and can file whichever form results in the lowest computed tax - if any).

TurboTax Business (https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/) supports Form 1120 and Form 1120-H, but Form 1220-H needs to be completed entirely in Forms Mode. As a result, the product does not offer much utility in comparison to simply downloading and preparing the form manually.
