Can't find 2022 Form 6251

Turbotax says it needs 2022 Form 6251 for my 2023 taxes. Turbo tax did not generate form 6251 for me last year so I don't think I had to pay the AMT.

Turbotax has already imported a number in the "alternative minimum taxable income" for 2022. However, this number is ~10k higher than the number that is my "regular taxable income" for 2022. Should I leave the number that Turbo tax imported or should I change it to the "regular taxable income" for 2022?

If you paid AMT on your 2022 return, that would be listed on your 2022 Schedule 2 line 1.

Alternative Minimum Taxable Income is always higher than your "adjusted gross income", so the amount TurboTax carried over is probably correct.
