Question

can you import a cost segregation study report into TurbobTax, so you do not need to enter info manually. Thanks!

    You can't import a cost segregation study into TurboTax.  And you need to decide whether the cost segregation study makes recommendations that require you to file form 3115 in order to change the depreciation method that you have been using or not.  Form 3115 is difficult and only available in TurboTax desktop.  Here are the instructions.

     

    All in all this is complex stuff.  It may be worth seeking out a tax professional.
