Capital Gains calculation on Turbo Tax Premier Download version does not appear to be correct (not counting any capital gains as income), when can we expect update?

I have other users reporting similar issue. Appears to be related with the CRA capital gains rate changes that are still pending, so not expecting them to be updated, but should at least calculate something (according with the prior year methodology if nothing else)
