Can you get online help with the cd version of turbo tax? I need help with the depreciation portion and I would like to see if I could get some help and have someone walk threw the process with me. Any suggestions or advice would really be appreciated. Thanks and god bless

You can call customer support with questions, but if you mean you expect or require one on one help from a tax expert while you prepare your tax return ("walk through the process") , you are asking for the kind of help only available to users of the online "Live" software.

If you need a LOT of help, you might want to request a refund for the CD/download and wait for the online "Live" software to become available in December and then use "Live" online.
