In Easystep, there is not enough information provided on this screen for me to know what to do - which cost or adjusted basis is it referring to?

Tried switching to Forms to see if I could figure it out but the form is illegible.

Help appreciated! Thanks!

Form 1099-B reports investment sales from a brokerage. If you sold stock or another investment and received Form 1099-B, you need to enter your basis (purchase price) for the stock/investment you sold.
