how I report commercial payment?

Could you please clarify what your question is? Did you receive rental income for a commercial property? Enter your rent on Schedule E. You can elect that it is nonresidential property.

Did you pay interest? You can also include this amount on Schedule E.

To get to Schedule E:

Select Tools.
In the pop-up window, select Topic Search.
In the search bar, type rental.
Scroll down in the results box, highlight rental (schedule e), then click GO.
You'll land on Income from Rentals or Royalty Property You Own. Click Yes
