I have property in Hawaii which is a Condo-tel which I rent out throughout the year to traveler and vacationers.  I am the one managing the booking, setting up various websites for advertising the place, scheduling cleaners, communicating with people booking the unit, contacting contractors and repair guys when needed, purchasing supplies and flying to set up the unit, etc.  Will I report these activities as business in schedule C or will I report these activities as rental in schedule E?

it's not clear if you are providing substantial services to the renters. if you are then report on schedule C otherwise schedule E
