Daughter passed on march 2022 and we are handleing rent property of hers want to know how to handle this

Reporting of rental property income in TurboTax Online must be reported in the Premium version.  Hopefully you have prior years tax returns to allow you to report assets, credits and carryovers from those years.

To report rental property income, follow these steps:

• Down the left side of the screen, click Federal.
• Down the left side of the screen, click Wages & Income.
• Scroll down to Rental, Royalties, and Farm and click on the dropdown menu.
• To the right of Rental Properties and Royalties, click the Start / Revisit button.
