My Department of Treasury 1099-Int reflects the interest earned on US Saving Bonds and Treas. Obligations, Box 3. Federal Income Tax was withheld and reflected in Box 4. The software doesn’t allow me to enter federal taxes withheld. There is no box 4, which is the federal income tax withheld section. Next steps???
