Do I need to report my 1099-DIV if there are no dividends on it?

I already filed my taxes and just got my 1099-DIV. Everything in the dividends section is $0. Do I still have to go through with a tax amendment if it doesn't list any dividends?

It's my first one so I might be reading it wrong. But every box listed as dividends is $0. There are some other sections that list proceeds but I'm confused about how I would even report that.  All I can find in the FAQs about the 1099-DIV only talks about the dividends boxes.

@nmterpening  your consolidated 1099-B is three documents in one :

1099-INT, 1099-DIV and 1099-B

all non-zero amounts have to be entered.

Turbotax provides a screen for each document type.

so you should be able to match up the non-zero amounts to the correct entry in TurboTax.

If there is no additional income to report there is no need to amend.

1099-DIV is not issued for nothing.

Are you sure every box has nothing in it ?
