Question

Does AirBnB use a 1099K? I know they report to IRS with a 1099 just wondering about the "K".

Yes, AirBnB is required by the IRS to issue you a 1099-K.  They are considered a Third Party Settlement Organization.

The rules for issuing the 1099-K for 2022 were changed at the last minute, so you may not receive a 1099-K if you did not have at least $20,000 in transactions.  The amount was to be lowered to $600, but this was suspended for 2022 filing season.
