I used to file tax with TurboTax, but this year I need to file with a CPA due to divorce. The CPA is asking for the "depreciation schedule", which should have rental cost/ rental started date/ prior year depreciation amount. They said that I can find it on TurboTax but I don't know where to look

If you saved a copy of your TurboTax return with All Forms and Worksheets, look for Form 4562, Depreciation and Amortization.

Here's additional info and screenshots.

First, you need the IRS Form 8582 which shows your carry over losses.

Next, for each rental property there are two form 4562's that both print in landscape format. One is titled "Depreciation and Amortization Report" and the other is "Alternative Minimum Tax Depreciation".

You'll need to provide the CPA all of those documents.

Take note that if the IRS Form 8582 is not present in the prior year tax return, that just means you have no PAL carry overs to contend with.
