downloading from Bank of America and Merrill Lynch not working.

Any suggestions I cannot download from B of A or Merrill.  Got Vanguard to work.

    Please follow the instructions here to import the 1099 into Turbo Tax. 

     

    If the import will not work, it is advised to manually enter into the return.
