DST type of rental

I have a DST to report on Schedule E. What type of rental is it considered? And if I choose any of the types, it asks many days was the property rented??? Since it's a DST (acquired through a 1031 exchange) do I need to enter the number of days rented?

The type of rental is dependent on the type of property. A DST usually issues a K-1 form. Did you get a K-1 or just a report? If it was received on a K-1 it would be entered there, not in the rental real estate section.
