EIN ON 1099 NEC REQUIREMENT FOR E-FILING

I'm trying to e-file and turbotax is requiring that i enter EIN on my1099 NEC form. I've used SSN in previous years. is there a way to use SSN only

    You can use SSN as the payer's Identification on form 1099-NEC. In TurboTax, enter the SSN in the format of an EIN xx-xxxxxxx.
