I'm at the screen that is titled "Enter your property tax info".....
I know its trying to determine the % of land value vrs improvements, no questions there.
But I am wondering WHAT YEAR values do I put? The year I bought the house 2013? Or 2022, when I converted the house to a rental?
I only ask because when I bought the house the percentage was 25% and now its 40%, so that makes a difference.....
If you converted the house to a Rental in 2022, you should use those property tax values.
