Entering adjusted cost basis - can't change my entry

I was working on entering the adjusted cost basis for an RSU. I clicked on "I'm not sure" -- but then I found it, and I want to say so. However, TurboTax won't let me change my answer -- I'm stuck on "Next, we'll help you figure out your cost basis." and if I click "back" it just shows this screen again!

Delete your entry and begin again.

You'll need to delete the form you are working on.

    • If you're using TurboTax Online software and need to delete a form, click here.
    • If you're using TurboTax CD\Download software and need to delete a form, click here

It also doesn't hurt to clear your cache and cookies when you need to start something over. It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis.

    • Close your TurboTax return first.

Watch to be sure you are selecting 'all time' as example.  Do not use selections like 'last hour' for those browsers that give  you options.

Once this is complete open your return and enter your form.

Well, OK, I guess I could delete the entry. Only, it was imported from the investment company (along with a dozen other transactions). So, then either I have to delete all of the imported info and start all over, or I have to enter this one manually, or ...

I was able to get the adjusted cost basis by computing the share price -- because that's what TurboTax wants me to enter -- and I think this looks OK.
