Every year I use the adoption credit turbo tax calculates that I have more carryover than I began with. So even though I am using it, it is getting bigger. Whats going on
This will be my 4th year using it. By my calculations I should only have around $11,000 left, but every year after I finish filling out the section on adoption credit turbotax tells me I have a much larger number to carryover. For example last year it says I would have over $22,000 to carryover when the original amount was only $13460. Is turbotax messed up or am I doing something wrong?
