for call option, how to enter the cost basis

I sold call option, 1099 B shows the costs basis is 0, is this correct or I should adjust it by calculating the purchase price of the stocks?

    Yes this is correct.  The cost basis for call options is usually zero.  You will want to verify all entries basis are enter correctly and make adjustments as needed.
