For sale of my rental condo, under Asset Entry Work Sheet, Line 4, I entered sale price without including escrow costs. How can I change my initial sale price entry?

Yes, you may edit the details of your asset sale, including the sales price, by returning to that asset under Sold rental property/Sale of Property/Depreciation from the Rental Summary page. 

Click "Edit/Update" and follow the prompts to the list of "Your Property Assets." Click Edit beside the asset you sold, then continue through the interview to the page "Sales Information." Here you can revise both the Sales Price and your Sales Expenses. 

When you are finished, continue to follow the prompts until you return to the Rental Summary page. Click "Done with Rental Property" to save your entries.
