For the state credits, I entered in a renters credit using a CRP (certificate of rent paid) getting an rejection code.

Here is the error code - Reject Code /ReturnState/ReturnDataState/SchCRP/SchCRPHeader/ManagingAgentNameGrp/PhoneNum Does anyone know how to fix this?

To fix this rejection, double-check the Certificate of Rent Paid and make sure you have entered the Managing agent's First and Last Name at the bottom of the Property Owner Smart Worksheet.

Make the appropriate changes and re-submit this return electronically. However, if the reject continues, you may want to file this return via U.S. Mail. To file your state return, print it and mail to the appropriate taxing authority.
