Anyone know how to come up with this information for iShare ETFs like IXUS? Apparently iShare doesn't provide it.

If Line 5 of the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gain Tax Worksheet in the Form 1040 instructions or line 18 of the Schedule D Tax Worksheet in the Schedule D (Form 1040) instructions is less than or equal to:

$329,850 if married filing jointly or qualifying widow(er),
    $164,925 if married filing separately,
$164,925 if single, or $164,900 if head of household.

You can insert up to $19,999 in the foreign sourced qualified box and it will have no effect on the outcome.

Sometimes TT will insist on a minimum amount.

See iShares® 2021 Distributions - Year End Tax Supplement  for the foreign information needed.
