Question

form 4562 line 6 only has 2 lines for entries but I have 3 items to list, how do i add more?

this form only allows 2 items to be listed. but i have 3 items.

i have heard the IRS ignores extra sheets of paper like "see attachement".  

how do i proceed?

Line 6 on Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization is where you list Section 179 property. You can make more than two entries there. The additional entries will be shown on a statement that does get transmitted with your tax return.
