Why is TT Premier not generating my Form 8949 for printing?

There is a common situation where the 8949 totals are reported directly on Schedule D. This happens where basis is reported to the IRS for the set of short term (or set of long term) transactions and there are no adjustments such as wash sales. In that event TurboTax doesn't need to include the relevant 8949 with the return.
