data from form 8949 is not transferring to schedule D line 9 "proceeds". Shows blank yellow. If sales proceeds from form 8949 are entered manually it stays yellow and would produce an error message

What is the error message? Is there, perhaps, a typo in one of the sales proceeds entries?

It is actually a red exclamation not complete mark against Schedule D in the list of forms on the left side of TurboTax screen. So I cannot file until it goes away. Schedule D line 9 proceeds is blank but yellow. If I manually enter the proceeds from form 8949 they show up in red on Schedule D ( although the correct gain per form 8949 is shown on schedule D

I did delete and re-enter ( two box E sales)

On my own return, I've got a couple of pages of Box E that I manually entered without a glitch. Best I can do to reproduce is to enter the dates acquired, dates sold, sales, cost, and any adjustment figures you put in. Willing to share them? Don't need the actual investments and share amounts, of course.
