Based on your question, it appears you received a Good Neighbor payment showing in Box 1 as Rents on Form 1099-MISC. If this is the situation the following should assist you in entering the information, please keep in mind the steps and screenshots are from TurboTax online. The steps are similar in TurboTax desktop but not exact:
After you log in to TurboTax click in the black on the left at "Wages & Income"
Scroll down to where you find "Other common income" and click on the down arrow "Show more" and click "Start" or "Revisit" at Form 1099-MISC
Answer yes
Enter the names, numbers, and amounts as they show on the 1099, click continue
Next, the screen below shows where you need to place the mark. Placement in any of the first 3 lines will force Schedules E, C, or F, so place in the 4th option
Next answer no unless you have additional 1099-MISC's to enter.
You will then go to the summary page. If all looks good click "Done"
The amount of the 1099-MISC should now show as part of your income summary.
