Solved

Hello, how do I report capital gains from my portion of an inherited TOD account before it was given to me in cash? The gains are very minimal. Thanks!

You should receive a 1099-B from the financial managers of the account showing all of the gains and losses for the year.  They probably haven't sent it yet but they will.  You can reach out to them to ask when you can expect it.
