Question

Hi, We bought a rental house under our LLC last year. Do we put the expenses and assets under the LLC or personal?

The LLC was new to us last year as well. We have three rental houses but the third one was to first to be purchased under our LLC

Is this a single member LLC with one owner? ORr multi-member LLC with 2 or more owners? It matters.
