House hacking for days rented versus personal use?

My wife and I purchased a house on 4/2/2019 with the intent to rent out 4 out of 5 of the bedrooms. We renovated and did a complete remodel of the house between the time we purchased the house and rented it out. We had our first tenant on 5/29/2019. We occupy %25 of the total square footage of the house and %75 of the house is being rented out. For total number of days rented at fair rental price is 217 days from 5/29/2019. For number of personal use I put 48 days. Is this correct? Am I putting in the correct numbers?

You don't use days. This is used for vacation homes where the owner is in and out of the house and it is rented at times as well. You have a multi-family situation and would choose "I rent out part of my home" as below.

Prior to being available to rent, you have no rental expenses. Once you begin, you will prorate according to space. Common areas are never included as rental property.
