How can I go back and include 1099b info

the free edition does not support 1099-B. you need deluxe or higher. 

IRS form 1099-B information is reported on Schedule D and Schedule 8949.  These entries are reported in the TurboTax Online Premium version.

Report IRS form 1099-B information as follows:

• Under Wages & Income, scroll down to Investments and Savings.  
• Click the down arrow and click Start/Revisit to the right of Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Other.
• At the screen Let's finish pulling in your investment income, click on Add investments.  
• At the screen Let's import your tax info, select the appropriate provider of your IRS form 1099-B information.
