How do I report an Income due to a rental property?

You will need to upgrade to the Premium online edition to report rental property income and expenses.

Enter Rental Income & Expenses:

Open your return.
Enter rentals in the Search box.
Click on jump to rentals link.
Enter your rental income followed by your expenses.

Or Click on Federal tab, then Wages & Income, then Edit/Add to the right of Rental Properties and Royalties (Sch E),
