How do I enter dividend information without a 1099DIV? I have a dividend payment stub.

Here are instructions to help. First, the IRS dividend publication to make sure everything goes in the right place.

Second, navigation steps:

  1. Locate the magnifying glass or search box in the top right.
  2. Type in exactly 1099div
  3. Enter
  4. Select the first entry, Jump to 1099div
  5. Choose I'll type it in manually,
  6. Continue
  7. Enter the information in the correct boxes and continue

You may be done or you may have more questions to answer.
