How do I enter my CoinTracking Capital Gains Report for crypto gains?

I have the generated form 8949 from my crypto tax preparer and TurboTax won't accept it. It will only accept a CSV, which I have and it just says it "couldn't get any info from your file." The file is for sure a CSV.

If you have an 8949 then you have the info needed to make a manual  summary entry ... follow the screen instructions in that section.  You will need to mail in a form 8453 with the 8949 they populated after you efile the return.
