How do i enter the sale of rental property in the program Home & Business?

To enter the sale of your rental property in TurboTax Home & Business:

1. With your return open in TurboTax, search for rentals in the SEARCH field, and then select the Jump to rentals link in the search result
2. Answer Yes to the question Did you have any rental or royalty income and expenses in 2022 for property you own?
3. When you get to the Is This a Rental Property or Royalty? Screen, select Rental property and fill out the relevant information on the page, then select Continue
4. Answer appropriately on the What Type of Rental is This? screen, then select Continue
5. On the Do Any of These Situations Apply to This Property? screen, select the box under Sold, and any other relevant boxes.  Select Continue
6. When you get to the Review Your Rental Summary page, select Start to the right of Sale of Property/Depreciation

From here, you'll be able to enter the details of your sale.
