How do I file a manufactured home on rental property?

I own my home but rent the property.

Are you saying you rent the land that your Manufactured home is on?  If this is your personal residence, you can deduct the property taxes and mortgage interest on Schedule A itemized deductions.  There are no other tax deductions for a personal residence.

 

To qualify for the mortgage interest deduction, the loan must be for either your first or second home. That means you can’t deduct the mortgage interest on a third or fourth home.
