Form 6781, Gains and Losses from Sec 1256 Contracts and Straddles is available in TurboTax online editions of Premier and Self-Employed in the Investment Income section.

Enter form 6781 in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to form 6781

TurboTax supports Form 6781 (in all desktop versions and the higher versions online).

In the interview, you get there in the Investment Income section (Contracts and Straddles).

I'm using TurboTax Premier online on a Mac. I'm unable to MANUALLY enter information on Form 6781 as I want to enter the information in the first section using boxes 8, 10, 11 etc. TurboTax keeps forcing me to the interview section with the same questions and there is nothing that allows me to manually enter the information. Everything I'm reporting is from options on indexes (SPX, XSP etc) which qualify for a 60/40 long-term/short-term cap gain. How can I do this????
