Question

How do i get out of a continuous loop preventing me from entering my income and expenses on each rental property in Premier? I never had this trouble in past years

using online version. is that the problem? have usually used download in past. keeps taking me back to "what type of rental is...? after answering three pages repeatedly.

So I let it rest overnight, and it then allowed me to enter two more properties, then it quit again, looping me the same. Arghhh!

If you are having trouble, please try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser or use a different browser.

Re cache/cookies, I did as you suggested, but none of that worked. I was able to talk with support a few days ago, and after some explanation, I was told there is a technical problem that they are working on and I should expect an email with report when it is fixed. Presumably others have reported the same glitch. Here's hoping they get it fixed. Still wondering if it is peculiar to the online version. Neither the help contact nor his supervisor had ever encountered anybody with eleven properties to report, though the system is supposed to support up to 45.

This is still a problem. Insane that Turbo Tax can't fix this.
