How do I go back and change the percentage of my house being rented out?

    The questions related to the percentage of your home being rented can be found in the Property Profile or Rental Property Info section of the Schedule E Rental Income and Expenses section of your return.

     

    Go to Wages and Income > Rental Properties and Royalties and click Update.  Then Edit the property you have entered to get to the details.
