    The information for Form 8995-A comes from entries for qualified businesses. Typically these are entered for Schedule C, Schedule E or from Schedule K-1. If there is information you need to report on Form 8995-A, please use those areas of TurboTax to report the activity and answer the questions relating to QBI.
