How do I need to edit a tax form

You have to use Forms Mode which is only supported by the desktop versions of TurboTax.

 

Forms Mode is not supported by any online version of TurboTax.

You cannot change the form itself.  Information on the 8960 comes form other forms and entries.

There are certain scenarios where a user has to make adjustments that can only be made in Forms Mode.

 

The adjustments are made directly on the Form 8960 Worksheet and typically involve Lines 4b, 5b, 7, 9, and/or 10.
