I have a property rented out tat I am still paying mortgage on but it is managed by a property manager. how can I report it on tax return?

With or without a property manager you are the owner of the property. The answer assumes you do report rental income and use your rental expenses on your tax return. Report the mortgage interest in the rental activity expenses. The property manager sends the rents to you, less their fees.
